While PMS has been more highly touted and marketed, both presently and over the past decades by the nation's mega engineering firms, our company, like many similar companies, have been providing for over 25 years essentially the same service except under the label of Program Administration. Our PMS have typically been provided to both public and private Clients of varying size who either did not have the staff or desire to organize, develop and adminstrate their comprehensive capital improvement programs.
