Our consulting services encompass Program Management, Preliminary Studies, Planning, Engineering Design and Construction Management. These consulting elements are supplemented by specialty practices of Geotechnical Engineering, Geochemical, Hydrogeology, Environmental Specialists, Land Specialists, Materials Testing, and Surveying and Mapping.

Today, many diverse Clients are electing to utilize Program Management Services (PMS) for a variety of reasons. They vary from client staff minimization benefits to obtaining single source responsibility for project completion with less risk for time and cost impacts. While PMS has been more highly touted and marketed, both presently and over the past

decades by the nation's mega engineering firms, our company like many similar companies, have been providing for over 25 years essentially the same service except under the label of Program Administration. Our PMS have typically been provided to both public and private clients of varying size who either did not have the staff or desire to organize, develop and administrate their comprehensive capital improvement programs.

Weather our firm provides the full spectrum of consulting services, including PMS, or is limited to the traditional scope services of Planning, Engineering and Construction Management, Meyer & Associates has the necessary expertise and resources to complete your total project requirements within your established cost and time constraints.

Projects

The Range of services provided by the Meyer Project Team has been applied primaryily to Environmental Projects, Utility Infrastructure Projects, Water Resources Projects, Industrial/Commercial Infrastructure, Transportation Infrastucture Projects, Major Master Planned Communities, Resorts, and Gaming Resorts. These projects inclueded highways, roads and streets, bridges, airports, railroads, water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilites, and marine facilites.

Project Team

As Principle Consultants, we structure project teams when required to supplement our in-house staff of Civil, Structural and Mechanical Engineers; Planners, CADD Specialist, Designs and Technicians. This is based upon the scope of the Client's needs. For our outsource consultants, the company maintain and has on-going working relationships with several of the nation's leading engineering firms who are historically listed within the ENR "Top100". The Company selects respective firms based upon matching specific requirements of the project to the specialized expertise of the firm as well as other considerations.
